This time of year always brings about changes for those students who graduate and are ready to take on a new chapter in their lives. I have two daughters graduating this year; one from college and one from high school. It’s such an exciting time for both of them. One ready to search for the career she has been studying for during the last 17 years, the other ready to embark on a new educational experience that will take her down an exciting path! I wish the best for each of them. I’ve spent the first part of their lives teaching them to love and trust in God and now I must do the same. I must trust that they will rely on God to lead them where he wants them to go. I am sure that he has great things in store for both of them and feel honored that my husband and I have been entrusted with the gift of raising them. It’s an awesome responsibility!
I write a blog for my church and tend to write posts with a Christian or caring theme. I have recently begun blogging about my favorite hobby. I've been away from it for several years, but have been able to find more time for it recently. I recently found out that I am a diabetic. I have type 1 diabetes and am still trying to adjust my blood glucose levels. I will be getting an insulin pump soon and hope that helps.
