Sometimes you just have to have faith that God will help you when he gives you a nudge to do his will.

Have you ever had something weigh heavy on your mind? Something that you just didn’t know how to process? Then, right there in front of you is the answer. When I got on facebook this morning, there it was: Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Phillipians 4:6-8.

There it was in black and white on my news feed. Just what I needed to hear. When things seem like they aren’t going the way you really thought they were supposed to go, we just need to remember God may have a different plan. A better plan. His plan. Sometimes it’s difficult to let go and trust that God will take care of it. I shouldn’t be anxious, but pray and place my faith in God.

Yours in Faith,

Pam

I know you don’t know me but what has encouraged me lately has been Isaiah 9:6-7. Making the desision to surrender the governmnet of our lives to Jesus has brought me so much peace as the Word promises.

    • Yes, it’s so easy to get caught up in the fear surrounding what’s going on with the economy and the effect the politicians have on it. Surrendering all of this to God certainly does give peace of mind!
      Thanks for your comment.

No doubt God is in control of everything, so what does it do to worry or be anxious. Good stuff Pam. 🙂
